All renters must be 25 years or older with valid drivers license to rent a vehicle.

All vehicles are rented on a 24 hour basis. There are no half day rates.

Refueling of the rentals will be charged per quarter tank. $50.00-$80.00 per quarter tank (depending on vehicle size).

Excessive dirt (sand, garbage) will be an additional charge/fee of $50.00.

All Berlies vehicles must be turned in at the office, there is a $30.00 fee for any vehicles that is not returned to the office.

All vehicles are non-smoking there will be an addidtional charge/fee of $150.00.

Road side assistance start at $50.00 along with any additional charges that may occur. 

The renter will be charged for road side assistance (lost keys, dead batteries, flat tire etc). 

The Renter is also responsible for the vehicle: All Tires (changing of flat tire and cost and repairs), accessories, tools and equipment.

Lost Keys will be replaced at a starting cost of $70.00, chip keys and special keys starting from $750.00.

All said persons must be listed on this rental form. The renter remains responsible for vehicle.

The renter is responsible for all associated tickets, fines and fees.

The vehicle is not to be used in (a) violation of any laws or for illegal purposes, (b) use the vehicle to push or tow another vehicle, (c) use the vehicle for any race or competition, (d) operate the vehicle in a negligent manner. The renter remains responsible for the vehicle. 

Insurance: The renter hereby warrants to Owner that Renter possess car insurance that covers personal injury to Renter or others person as well as the Vehicle and property of others.

 The renter acknowledges liability to pay Berlies car rental (lessor) on demand, charges shown are not final and are subject to recalculation. Berlies Car Rental (lessor) is not responsible for loss of or damages to any personal property.

Renter agrees to pay for ALL LOSS OR DAMAGE regardless of fault if renter chooses to use own insurance or failure to promptly report an accident.

Berlies Car Rental (Lessor) Insurance will not cover tires, window's, windshield's, driving reckless or driving under influence. The Deductible is $1,000.00, $1,500.00, $5,000.00 plus the rental.

Indemnity: Regardless of insurance coverage, renter shall Fully indemnify the Owner for any loss, damage, and legal actions, including reasonable attorney's fees that Owner suffers due to Renter's use of vehicle during the term of this Agreement, including but not limited to, damage to the Vehicle, damage to the property of others, injury to renter and injury to others. This provision survives the termination of this Agreement.

The Car Renter is hereby bound by the terms and conditions of the Agreement. The vehicle must be returned to the same location in which it was picked up for rental and on or before the above indicated due back date and time.
